Job Description-Manager/Office Coordinator
Location - Agra
Responsible for
  • Increase the sales/business development and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Overseeing all staff and be responsible for day to day operational activities.

  • Increasing productivity while maintaining the highest levels of service to internal and external customers.

  • Profitability of the Business.

  • Developing dealer ship network.

  • Formulating and enforcing the service/sales strategies and constantly implement and upgrade customer centric initiatives.

  • Strategic Business planning.

  • Overall management.

  • Responsible for all sales and business development duties including calling on accounts to increase revenue and profit.

  • Responsible for managing and growing local sales, deep selling current local customer base.

  • Responsible for managing the customer support/service function to external customers.

  • Responsible for all functions and operations at the office.

  • Assistance in credit and collection management of customers.

  • People and team management for Service team.

  • Ensure proper execution of deep selling and quotation processes.

  • Communicate with sales and Operations for the improvement of the process interfaces.

  • Coordinate implementation of the new business with sales.

  • Exercises the authority to hire, discipline, reward, or discharge employees.

  • Manages all personnel in organization.

  • Exercises discretion and independent judgment on a regular basis to monitor performance.

  • Responsible for training staff on customer service and requirements

  • Performs other responsibilities and completes tasks as directed by management

  • Must be a MBA from any recognised university/institute.

  • Must have 7-10 years of management experience required in a sales/customer service role.

  • Must have handled large teams.

  • Must have handled Administration in the current organisation

  • Must have excellent client management skills.

Work Hours and Environment
Normal working hours for this position are Monday Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, however, working beyond these hours will often be required by business needs.

Project Manager
Location - Agra
B.E. (Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical/Chemical) aged preferably between 35-40 years with 5+ years of experience in handling the entire project - handling responsibilities right from generation of project till execution (closure of project)
Experience on gas detection and monitoring project would be added advantage.
He will be complete In-charge for execution of the entire project
He should be able to lead team of Engineers
He should have technical proficiency.
He should have hands-on experience with AutoCAD or any other software for making drawings.
He should have good knowledge of Project Scheduling / Correspondence / Documentation / Cost Control / Quality Control / Report Preparation / Purchasing / Outsourcing Services / Contracted Services
Should be able to handle multiple projects and ensure on time delivery.
